Panama Tours …

Day 1: Arrive Panama
You will be met at Tocumen International Airport and transferred to your hotel in Panama City. You will also receive an information pack. Check-in and overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Chagres National Park
After breakfast you will be transferred to the shores of Madden Lake to board a motorized piragua and travel up the Chagres River to the indigenous village of Embera Drua. The boat journey takes you through the rainforest of the Chagres National Park where you may be able to spot Little Blue and Little Green Heron, Great Egret, Anhingas, and Neotropical Cormorant.You will learn about Embera customs and their relationship with nature. After a traditional Embera lunch you will head back to Panama City. Overnight at your hotel

Day 3: Panama Canal
After breakfast you will be transferred to Flamenco and the Gamboa Dredging Division where you will start your journey passing through Gatun Lake, Gaillard Cut and onto Pedro Miguel Locks. You will see the new Centennial Bridge, enter Miraflores Lake, and pass Miraflores Locks until you reach the Pacific Ocean.You will pass under the Bridge of the Americas and see the Bay of Panama and Panama City's splendid skyline. Lunch is served on the boat. Your journey ends at Flamenco Marina. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 4: San Blas Islands
Today early in the morning you will be transferred to Albrook Domestic Airport to take your flight to San Blas. On arrival, you will be met by a representative from the lodge for your boat transfer. Check-in and spend the day at leisure. You can be taken to a nearby island where there is a lovely beach and is perfect for snorkelling. Lunch and dinner included.Overnight at lodge.

Day 5: San Blas Islands
You have the day to enjoy at your leisure on the island, relaxing or you could visit the local Kuna Community. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 6: Back to Panama City and Half Day City Tour
After breakfast you will be transferred to the local airstrip for your return flight to Panama City. After checking into your hotel, you can start a half day City Tour, including a visit to Panama Viejo, the first city founded in the isthmus by Spanish conquerors. The remaining ruins are the ones left by Pirate Henry Morgan, who sacked the town in 1671. You can then head to the second colonial city of Panama, Casco Viejo, built in 1673 to walk around the French Plaza and its monuments. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 7: Depart Panama
After breakfast you will be transferred to Tocumen International Airport to arrive approximately 2 hours before your onward flight.
